Most people come for the mini cows.
And we don’t blame them.
But what makes this experience unforgettable is what happens beyond the surface.
For two days, you’ll step into real ranch operations and see what it actually takes to care for both our miniature cattle and our full herd. You’ll learn how we manage health, track each animal, and make the day-to-day decisions that keep everything running.
And then… there’s the part everyone talks about:
pregnancy testing and ultrasound.
This is hands-on, real, and something most people will never experience.
Step into the behind-the-scenes side of ranch life.
You’ll learn:
You’ll also see the chute area being set up and prepared for the next day’s work.
We keep the evening relaxed and welcoming, with a simple cowboy-style chili dinner while we work and talk through the process.
This is where everything happens.
You’ll be right there as we:
Work continues until the herd is complete, so the day may extend beyond 2:00 PM.
This is the moment everyone waits for.
During the work-through, we will be checking cattle for pregnancy — including our miniature cattle.
We do not know the results ahead of time.
Every check is real. Every result is discovered in the moment.
You’ll watch it happen and find out right alongside us whether a cow is bred.
Guests may assist alongside us during the process (as appropriate and safe), giving you a close-up understanding of how pregnancy checks are done and what we look for.
You’ll also see how ultrasound is used to help confirm and monitor pregnancies.
It’s exciting.
It’s unpredictable.
And it’s something most people never get to experience.
We are not veterinarians, and this experience is for educational and informational purposes only.
Guests will not perform any medical procedures, including drawing blood or administering treatments. All demonstrations and explanations are based on our personal experience managing our herd.
