Have you ever wanted to experience what really happens during a cattle work through?

This is not a classroom lecture and it's not a spectator event. Participants will be actively involved throughout the weekend while learning practical cattle handling and herd management skills in a real ranch setting.

Whether you're a cattle owner, aspiring rancher, agriculture student, homesteader, or simply interested in learning more about livestock management, this event provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience and ask questions in a small-group environment.

    What You'll Learn

Throughout the weekend, participants will observe and assist with:

    • Safe cattle handling techniques
    • Moving cattle through working facilities

    • Vaccination protocols and herd health practices
    • Chute operation and cattle restraint methods
    • Pregnancy testing procedures and interpretation
    • Evaluating cattle temperament and condition
