Celebrate your child’s special day in a relaxed, ranch-style setting filled with fun, animals, and memories they’ll never forget. Chasing Dreams Ranch offers two unique birthday packages designed to fit your celebration style and budget.

2-hour private party rental
Up to 15 children (includes all children in attendance)
Tables and seating included
Miniature livestock in view (no direct contact)
Space for games and activities (guests may bring their own)
Bring your own food, drinks, and decorations
Additional children: $10 each
Max group size: 25 total guests (children and adults combined)

Guests may arrive 30 minutes before the party to set up
Cleanup must be completed within 30 minutes after the event ends
Hosts are responsible for removing trash and decorations
$50 cleaning fee applies if the space is not left in good condition
All guests participating in animal interaction must sign a waiver
No alcohol or drugs permitted at any time
Latex balloons are not allowed (Mylar and foil balloons are permitted)
$200 non-refundable deposit required to reserve your date

Take your event at Chasing Dreams Ranch to the next level with our meaningful, hands-on ranch experiences and curated guest extras. Each add-on is designed to give your guests a deeper connection to the animals, the land, and the heart of the ranch.

Cowfarie Hay Ride – $250
Enjoy a scenic 1.5-mile hay ride through the pastures of Chasing Dreams Ranch. Guests will have the opportunity to meet and hand-feed our miniature cattle, including Highland, Dexter, Belted Galloway, and White Park crosses. This open-air experience is one of our most popular add-ons. Guests should be prepared for West Texas weather, as this ride is fully exposed to the elements. Sunscreen, closed-toe shoes, and a sense of adventure are recommended.

Mini Animal Encounter – $325
This guided encounter gives guests up-close interaction with our miniature cows, goats, and horses. Guests will be able to brush, pet, and connect with the animals in a calm and safe environment under staff supervision. This experience is ideal for families, animal lovers, and guests looking for a personal connection with our herd.

Walk-a-Mini – $75
Guests may take a miniature horse for a guided walk around the ranch. This experience is limited to one hour total per event and includes up to three horses, which are rotated to ensure their comfort and well-being.

We ask all guests to treat the animals with respect and kindness. Our horses and other livestock are gentle, but they are still animals. Loud noises, quick movements, or overcrowding can cause them to spook. Please follow staff instructions and be mindful of each animal’s needs during your time at the ranch. This add-on is ideal for calm, supervised walks and gentle interaction—especially popular for birthday parties and photos.

Ranch Operations Tour – $300
This in-depth, 60- to 75-minute guided walking tour takes guests behind the scenes of Chasing Dreams Ranch. A member of our leadership team will share the daily routines, feeding practices, breed education, animal care standards, and what it really takes to manage a working ranch with miniature and small-breed heritage livestock. This tour is perfect for agriculture enthusiasts, homeschool groups, and anyone curious about the heart and soul of ranch life.
