The Private Ranch Gathering — Guided Experience is designed for groups who want to gather, celebrate, and connect — while also experiencing real ranch life.

This experience blends a relaxed social atmosphere with guided, hands-on interaction. Guests are not simply renting a space; they are stepping into an authentic ranch environment where they can visit, enjoy time together, and participate in meaningful, memorable moments.

This gathering is ideal for birthdays, adult get-togethers, small celebrations, and groups who want something more engaging than a traditional venue.

This is a 2–3 hour Private Ranch Gathering — Guided Experience, which includes:

• Guided interaction with miniature Highland and Highland-cross cattle
• Opportunities to feed, groom, and engage with the animals in a structured and safe environment
• Ranch education and storytelling throughout the experience
• Private use of designated barn and outdoor ranch areas during your scheduled time
• Access to tables, chairs, and seating areas within the barn and designated gathering spaces for visiting, food, and conversation
• Ranch staff present throughout the experience to guide activities, oversee animal care, and ensure a safe environment for both guests and livestock

The $695 gathering fee reflects a guided ranch experience, use of designated areas, tables and chairs, and staff-led interaction.
No portion of the gathering fee represents the sale of furniture, equipment, décor, or other tangible personal property.

Optional add-ons — décor enhancements and Chasing Dreams Ranch merchandise — may be selected during booking or available for purchase on-site while supplies last.

Guest limits are intentionally set to maintain a high-quality, hands-on experience and protect ranch operations
Children must remain under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian at all times

Guests may arrive up to 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time
The experience concludes at the scheduled end time
Guests are responsible for removing any personal items, decorations, and trash brought onto the property

Additional time is not included and must be arranged in advance if available

Chasing Dreams Ranch is a working agritourism ranch with live animals. Participation involves inherent risks associated with animals, uneven terrain, outdoor environments, and changing weather conditions.

Closed-toe shoes are strongly recommended
Guests wearing open-toe shoes may be restricted from certain areas for safety

Ranch and barn conditions vary by season and weather

Alcohol, drugs, smoking, and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property
Latex balloons are not allowed; foil/Mylar balloons are permitted
Fireworks, sparklers, and open flames are not allowed

Food and beverages are not provided
Chasing Dreams Ranch is not responsible for food handling, dietary restrictions, or allergy-related concerns

Guests are expected to follow staff instructions and treat animals, ranch property, and other guests with care and respect. Activities may be adjusted or paused if safety or ranch operations require it.

All guests must have a signed liability waiver on file before entering event areas.

Adults must sign their own waiver
Each minor must have a waiver completed and signed by their parent or legal guardian prior to participation

Guests without a completed waiver may not participate

Chasing Dreams Ranch is located in Trent, Texas, approximately 20 minutes west of Abilene.

$150 non-refundable deposit required to reserve your date
Remaining balance due prior to the scheduled experience start time
Reservations not paid in full by the required deadline may be cancelled

Unlike larger open-format gatherings, this experience includes guided participation, hands-on interaction, and direct engagement with the ranch and animals, while still allowing time to visit and gather.

It is best suited for smaller groups who want to celebrate, connect, and experience the ranch — not just use the space.
