The Deluxe Ranch Birthday Experience is designed for families who want an unrushed, immersive celebration that feels expansive, meaningful, and genuinely special. Held inside our working ranch barn, this experience allows the day to unfold naturally — without being rushed or overly structured.

This is for families who value presence over performance and memories that linger long after the celebration ends.

This is not a party package or an entertainment event.

With three full hours on the ranch, guests have time to settle in, connect, and enjoy the experience without feeling hurried. Children enjoy extended, guided interaction with our miniature Highland and Highland-cross calves, relaxed photo opportunities, and space to simply enjoy being together.

Because this is a working ranch, other animals may naturally move through or be visible in the barn during the experience. These unscripted moments — curious calves, quiet laughter, photos that feel real instead of staged — are often what guests remember most.

As part of the Deluxe experience, children participate in a Guided Mini Rancher Activity, available only with this package.

This is a hands-on ranch moment where children step into the role of a ranch helper for the day. Activities may include a supervised feeding experience, basic animal care, or another age-appropriate ranch task selected by ranch staff based on animal needs, group size, and weather conditions.

This activity is intentionally designed to feel special and immersive — offering a genuine ranch memory that goes beyond a typical celebration.

The $725 experience fee reflects the guided ranch experience, animal interaction, and use of the ranch space only.
Furniture, décor, food, keepsakes, and event coordination are not included unless selected as add-ons.

Optional add-ons — including tables, chairs, ranch-themed goody bags, décor enhancements, and Chasing Dreams Ranch merchandise — may be selected during booking or available for purchase on-site while supplies last.

Deluxe Celebration Add-On — $125
(Sales tax applies as required by Texas law)

• Decorated photo backdrop area
• Individual Chasing Dreams Ranch goody bag for each participating child

• Accommodates up to 25 children, with one accompanying adult per child
• Maximum total attendance: 50 guests, including children and adults
• Additional children may be approved in advance for a per-child fee, subject to capacity
• Children must remain under direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian unless actively engaged in a guided activity led by ranch staff

Guest limits are intentionally set to ensure adequate space, appropriate supervision, and a safe, enjoyable environment for both guests and animals.

• Guests may arrive up to 30 minutes early for setup
• The experience begins and ends on time to maintain a relaxed, unrushed pace and respect animal care routines
• Access to the ranch is limited to the reserved time window unless approved in advance

Chasing Dreams Ranch is a working agritourism ranch with live animals. Participation involves inherent risks associated with livestock and an active barn environment.

• Closed-toe shoes are required
• Guests wearing open-toe shoes may be restricted from certain activities for their own safety
• Barn conditions and temperatures vary by season
• Alcohol, drugs, smoking, and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property
• Latex balloons are not allowed; foil/Mylar balloons are permitted
• Food and beverages are not provided
• Chasing Dreams Ranch is not responsible for food handling or dietary or allergy-related concerns

Guests are expected to follow staff instructions and treat animals, ranch property, and other guests with care and respect. Activities may be paused, adjusted, or ended if safety or animal welfare requires it.

All guests must have a signed liability waiver on file before participating.
Adults must sign their own waiver.
Each minor must have a waiver completed and signed by their parent or legal guardian prior to participation.
Guests without a completed waiver may not participate.

Chasing Dreams Ranch is located in Trent, Texas, approximately 20 minutes west of Abilene.
