• Designed for adult-focused or mixed-age groups who want flexibility, space, and time to gather
• Optional add-ons: tables, chairs, décor enhancements, and Chasing Dreams Ranch merchandise (shirts, hats, and other CDR items)
• Waivers required for all guests

The Friends & Family Ranch Gathering — Expanded is designed for groups who want time, space, and freedom to gather at their own pace.

This open-format gathering is intentionally unstructured. There are no guided activities or scheduled programming. Instead, guests are free to visit, celebrate, and enjoy the ranch setting in a calm, welcoming environment.

This gathering is ideal for reunions, milestone celebrations, church groups, company gatherings, and adult-focused events where connection matters more than entertainment — and where the ranch itself creates the experience.

This is a four-hour Friends & Family Ranch Gathering — Expanded, which includes:

• Private use of the barn alley event space and designated outdoor ranch areas
• Open space for visiting, food, games, and activities
  (Guests may bring their own)
• Viewing access and natural photo opportunities in proximity to miniature Highland and Highland-cross cattle
• Guests may notice additional ranch animals moving naturally through the barn or nearby spaces as part of the working ranch environment
• Ranch staff present throughout the event to oversee animal care and ensure a safe environment for both guests and livestock
• 30 minutes before and after the event for setup and cleanup

The $1,000 gathering fee reflects private use of ranch property and event space only.
No portion of the gathering fee represents the rental or sale of furniture, equipment, décor, or other tangible personal property.

Optional add-ons — including tables, chairs, décor enhancements, and Chasing Dreams Ranch merchandise — may be selected during booking or available for purchase on-site while supplies last.

• Includes up to 30 guests
• Additional guests may attend for $25 per person, with a maximum total attendance of 50 guests
• Guest limits are intentionally set to protect ranch operations and maintain a comfortable environment
• Children must remain under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian at all times

• Hosts may arrive up to 30 minutes early for setup
• Cleanup must be completed within 30 minutes after the event
• Hosts are responsible for removing decorations and trash
• A $75 cleaning fee may apply if the space is not left in reasonable condition
• Additional event time may be added for $125 per hour and must be arranged in advance

Chasing Dreams Ranch is a working agritourism ranch with live animals. Participation involves inherent risks associated with animals, uneven terrain, outdoor environments, and changing weather conditions.

• Closed-toe shoes are strongly recommended
• Guests wearing open-toe shoes may be restricted from certain areas for safety
• Ranch and barn conditions vary by season and weather
• Alcohol, drugs, smoking, and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property
• Latex balloons are not allowed; foil/Mylar balloons are permitted
• Fireworks, sparklers, and open flames are not allowed
• Food and beverages are not provided
• Chasing Dreams Ranch is not responsible for food handling, dietary restrictions, or allergy-related concerns

Guests are expected to follow staff instructions and treat animals, ranch property, and other guests with care and respect. Activities may be paused or adjusted if safety or ranch operations require it.

All guests must have a signed liability waiver on file before entering event areas.

• Adults must sign their own waiver
• Each minor must have a waiver completed and signed by their parent or legal guardian prior to participation
• Guests without a completed waiver may not participate

Chasing Dreams Ranch is located in Trent, Texas, approximately 20 minutes west of Abilene.

• $400 non-refundable deposit required to reserve your date
• Remaining balance due prior to the scheduled event start time
• Reservations not paid in full by the required deadline may be cancelled

The Friends & Family Ranch Gathering — Expanded is intentionally hands-off.

Unlike guided ranch experiences, this gathering does not include scheduled activities or staff-led interaction. It is best suited for larger groups who want flexibility, privacy, and time to enjoy the ranch environment at their own pace — without a program or agenda.
