Rather than a highly structured event or party package, this experience offers a relaxed, welcoming ranch setting where guests can slow down, visit, and enjoy meaningful interaction with our miniature Highland and Highland-cross cattle. Brushing a calf, standing beside them for photos, and sharing genuine moments as animals move naturally through the space are what draw people here — and what they remember most.

This party option is ideal for groups who value atmosphere over agenda, intention over excess, and celebrations that feel special without being kid-centered or overproduced.

This is a three-hour private Ranch Party for Family & Friends, which includes:

• A 45-minute guided animal interaction, designed for relaxed moments, meaningful connection, and photo opportunities
• Calm, supervised interaction with select miniature Highland and Highland-cross cattle, as well as other ranch animals that may be present, including goats and pigs, with gentle brushing where appropriate
• Structured animal interaction conducted in small groups to ensure guest comfort, safety, and animal welfare
• Use of the ranch barn alley and nearby designated outdoor areas for food, visiting, photos, and relaxed celebration

The $695 party fee reflects the guided ranch experience, animal interaction, and use of the ranch space only.
No portion of the party fee represents the rental or sale of furniture, equipment, décor, or other tangible personal property.

Optional add-ons — including tables, chairs, décor enhancements, ranch-themed goody bags, and Chasing Dreams Ranch merchandise — may be selected during booking or available for purchase on-site while supplies last.

• Includes up to 20 guests
• Additional guests may attend for $25 per person, with a maximum total attendance of 35 guests
• Guest limits are intentionally set to ensure adequate space, appropriate supervision, and a comfortable experience for both guests and animals
• Guided animal interaction is structured so guests participate in small groups rather than all at once

Children are welcome at this gathering; however, all minors must remain under direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian at all times unless actively engaged in a guided activity led by ranch staff.

• Hosts may arrive up to 30 minutes early for setup
• The ranch party begins and ends on time to respect animal care routines and scheduled ranch operations
• Guided animal interaction takes place at a designated time during the party
• Access to the ranch is limited to the reserved time window unless approved in advance

Chasing Dreams Ranch is a working agritourism ranch with live animals. Participation involves inherent risks associated with livestock, uneven terrain, outdoor environments, and changing weather conditions.

• Closed-toe shoes are required
• Guests wearing open-toe shoes may be restricted from certain activities for their own safety
• Ranch and barn conditions vary by season and weather
• Alcohol, drugs, smoking, and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property
• Latex balloons are not allowed; foil/Mylar balloons are permitted
• Food and beverages are not provided
• Chasing Dreams Ranch is not responsible for food handling or dietary or allergy-related concerns

Guests are expected to follow staff instructions and to treat animals, ranch property, and other guests with care and respect. Activities may be paused, adjusted, or ended if safety or animal welfare requires it.

All guests must have a signed liability waiver on file before entering animal-accessible areas or participating.

• Guests without a completed waiver may not participate

While children are welcome, this party does not include birthday-themed programming, games, or child-focused activities. Instead, it offers a relaxed ranch setting where guests can interact with the cattle, take meaningful photos, and enjoy time together in a way that feels natural, calm, and unhurried.
